Voice Recognition Voice Recognition is one of the powerful features of PRO-MAIL and PRO-DESK. MTI Systems' Voice Recognition is a software-based discrete speech recognition product. It is integrated as an advanced feature into MTI Systems' PRO_MAIL and PRO_DESK products, and works in conjunction with the Dialogic D/2x and D/4x voice boards. It delivers four shared channels of Automated Speech Recognition (ASR), and is designed for call processing applications using the Dialogic platform. MTI Systems' Voice Recognition products do not require other dedicated automatic speech recognition pieces of hardware.
