PRO_MAIL: Voice/Fax Mail PRO_MAIL is a multi-line Voice/Fax Messaging software which simultaneously supports from 2 to 32 telephone lines. It provides Powerful Features for sending, receiving, saving and managing both Voice and Fax information over the phone. PRO_Mail's information management features include selective review of messages, and user controlled filters to handle Paging and Message Notification. PRO_MAIL provides users with five thousand personal Voice and Fax Mailboxes. These mailboxes, each holding up to 30 messages, can be individually configured in the system. The length of the messages is configurable on a per system basis. PRO_MAIL also has the ability to call the user at any designated telephone number or pager and notify them that a new message has been received. When a user reaches a mailbox, he hears a greeting message. The subscriber can pre-record up to three greeting messages, one of which is made active at a time using the Greeting option. The maximum length of the greeting is configurable. When leaving a message, the user is allowed by PRO_MAIL's Message Editing feature to review and modify a message before sending it out. The user can erase and re-record the message if desired. The system uses a configurable number of digits to identify the mailboxes. These digits are entered by the user when calling the system. Or it can use a DID number to identify a mailbox. To retrieve the messages, the user calls the system, enter his mailbox number when asked, and interrupts the mailbox greeting using the '#' key on the telephone keypad. AudioText, Fax-Back (Fax-On-Demand) and Fax-Broadcast are among other powerful features of PRO_MAIL.
