Fax-Back (Fax-On-Demand) Fax-Back is one of the powerful features of PRO-MAIL and PRO-DESK. Using this feature, customers interested in an organization's product or service can receive free information about that product or service by fax. PRO_MAIL and PRO_DESK's Fax-On-Demand is a fully automated operation. It allows potential customers to specify a document that they would like to receive, and have that document delivered instantly to their fax machine. The number of this fax service can be featured in print advertisements along with a list of product identification numbers. All a caller needs to do is to dial into a PRO_MAIL / PRO_DESK system on a touch tone telephone, specify the desired document and leave his/ her fax number to which the documents will be sent. If a customer calls from a fax machine, he/she can stay on the line and have the document delivered during the same call. One-Call method immediatly transmits documents on the same call using caller's fax machine. There is no per-call cost for one-call method.
